Just discovered this YouTube channel.  Helpful.

He helped me decide to dump as much of American big tech as I possibly can.  I’ve used Google since they appeared publicly.  My plan is to nuke my Google account.  On my way there I’ve nuked the Microsoft operating system on two laptops.  I replaced it with Linux Ubuntu.  Working through hiccups.  But it is going well.

This is the second time I’ve goofed around with Linux.  This time I don’t see myself going back to anything that is American Big Tech — Apple, Microsoft or Google.  I’m all done with them.

They are creating big data sets that are being shared with the United States government.  I’m all done with bring anywhere near that vision for the future.
