The Trump Military

One of the reasons Trump will win in November is his foreign policy.  In addition to bringing jobs home he wants to bring our soldiers home.  The last world war happened seven decades ago.  We established the peace long ago.  We’ve allowed our military to linger far too long overseas.  We can afford this no longer.  Trump is right to want to stop playing the role of global cop.  How can we serve as the world’s policeman when half our nation wants to defund the local traffic cop?  We’ve got problems at home that simply must be resolved.  And the world doesn’t want our tanks rolling across their fruited plains anymore either.

My biggest concern today with Trump’s military is his promise to use them to vaccinate America.  I’m hoping he was thinking of only using their efficient infrastructure to appease the soccer mom vote that he thinks he must earn in order to win in November.  I’m praying he didn’t mean he is going to use military force to vaccinate every American.  He said he does not support mandatory vaccination.  So we do have that.

Vaccinations don’t work.  I regret not speaking out about this evil sooner.  The global Left’s all out assault on the world in 2020 woke me up to the dangers.  I’m not a scientist.  I’m just a Christian political activist, father and grandfather.  The biggest reason to question the current vaccination craze is the fact that “science” appears to be marching lock step in support of it.  Real science is like everything else in life — it takes blood, sweat and tears … and time.  Real science isn’t about delivering miracles, like a vaccine in record time without even minimal testing.  Religion is in the miracle business.  Science is in the business of explaining what religion doesn’t.

If we really want to heal covid and the race war we’ll turn to our religion — Christianity,  Jesus Christ loves to heal.  He IS in the miracle business.  And since children are the most victimized class now in America Jesus is pretty upset.  He has a right to be.  And He was real clear about His form of justice when the innocence of children is at stake.  I can’t imagine a worse death than drowning by being dragged to the bottom of the sea with a millstone around my neck.

The West is Christian.  Christianity governs our science.  That’s one of the features of the West that contributed so much to the world by way of invention, innovation and technology.  It wasn’t simply the fact that we built on Greek, Roman and Jewish philosophy, literature and civic principles.  The West emerged after Rome’s collapse with Jesus Christ at the heart of home, hearth and civic life.  A seminal work of philosophy and theology that inspired the development of the West was written by the fourth century Christian Bishop Augustine.  The North African wrote “The City of God” as Rome’s empire was collapsing.

For a thousand years Westerners aspired — in fits and starts — to build God’s City, not Man’s.  In the book Augustine juxtaposes God’s City with Man’s.  About five hundred years ago the West got proud and turned it’s back on the thousand years of development between Augustine and Luther/Erasmus.  In five hundred years we’ve devolved from theology being the “Queen of the Sciences” to Cardi B serving as the ticket to power for the atheist Left wing of politics in America, the West’s most powerful nation.

The power of Man’s City is so epic in the Western reaches of old Christendom now that all I can say is, “Houston, we’ve got a problem.”  Science isn’t going to solve it.  We really are all in this together.  We are in a world war.  To the victor will go control over our digitized selves.  And there will be no peace if the atheist Left is allowed to cancel Jesus Christ, and His politics, from the world.

The purpose of all wars, is peace.  We are at war with the idea that science  is any sort of a savior.  The instrument of science — technology — is monstrous right now.  This devilish-pagan-violent-bloodthirsty-looting-burning-stealing-monster must be slain.  We need the Archangel of War to lead us.  Our purpose in this war must be peace, not control over others.

St. Michael the Archangel,  defend us in battle.  Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil.  May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
