The idea would be to make it available as a premium for registering at michaelheath.org. Need to think through how to market the availability of the free book.
The value for me would be to add readers to my website.
Ideas for marketing:
- Weekly email list. Maintain manually using a spreadsheet. Add new emails manually.
- Offer printable PDF by email to anyone who registers at michaelheath.org.
Ideas for publishing the book:
- As a PDF.
- As an ebook.
