This post is about my personal experience with the doctrine.

I was baptized at the behest of my parents when I was a young teen in a United Methodist Church in Maryland.  I did it mostly for my parents, which is probably typical for all Christians who are baptized while a child of any age.  That is to say that baptism at that age is more about the adults who surround the child than the child.  They are too young to have any rigorous theological or philosophical understanding of the liturgy.  The Church community contextualizes the event in the months that follow.  As months turn into years the child becomes a man and grows in his responsibility to fully understand the indelible spiritual quality of what happened when the Church baptized him.

I was presented with an inscribed Bible by the Church at the baptismal liturgy.  I have it today, some fifty-five or so years later.  I think the sola scriptura idea/doctrine was probably mentioned to me as part of the preparation for the baptismal liturgy, but I’m not certain.  I remember having a special feeling about the inscribed Bible.  I read from it periodically as a child.  I never developed a habit of daily Bible reading.

I found written and visual material of an erotic nature to be much more meaningful than Bible verses as a teenager.  While I wanted to act out what I read, and viewed, in the “literature” I never developed the habit of fornication beyond self-stimulation inspired by the jewish-promoted “literature” known as porn.  I always knew that the Bible I owned was critical of the habit, and of all forms of lust.  Talmudically, I chose to rationalize the dichotomy.

I fell in love at eighteen years old with the woman I would marry.  Raised in the Pentecostal Church she had a deeper, more emotional, connection to sola scriptura than did I.  We both attended Protestant Bible College where she studied music, and I obtained a degree in Religion & Philosophy.  I accepted the doctrine uncritically all through this process until 2020 when I entered the Roman Catholic Church. That’s when I started to think deeply about it.

As I write this blog post I’m celebrating the end of my sixth year as a Catholic.  I find deep peace in having a Priest, and the Bible, in my life.  My Priest spent years sorting through the theological and philosophical issues/controversies that followed Luther’s articulation of sola scriptura’s modern form in the 1500s.  I trust my Priest on this point mostly because the alternative in America is Protestantism, which has disintegrated into tens of thousands of small groupings that each rally around some novel interpretation and/or charismatic personality.

The oldest of the Protestant groupings are all woke now.  Their biggest concern is transgendering. They’ve developed all sorts of theological and philosophical “reasoning” to support the insanity.  They get away with it because almost nobody attends their “worship” services anymore.  They are all closing, along with the Catholic Churches that maintain a relaxed attitude toward jews and their Talmudic ideas.

During my lifetime the only christian churches that enjoyed growth were evangelical zionist enterprises.  They were captured politically by the Republican Party at the time of Ronald Reagan.  The zionism was buried in eschatology that probed from the margins of daily and weekly worship until Trump was elected for a second time.  It appears that zionism is now a major dogma of the evangelicalism that I defended for twenty years as leader of the Christian Civic League.

I never defended zionism.  I stayed away from eschatology.  I’ve always reasoned that the future belongs to God and I was never comfortable with current event, headline driven “prophets”, teachers and preachers.

I’m not surprised to see what is happening right now in Washington D.C.  After spending four years leading a Christian community that ministered to troubled souls I entered Maine’s political world at the highest layer of engagement.  I spent twenty years as the spokesman for the century old Protestant institution who’s job it was (and is) to influence public policy, The Christian Civic League of Maine.

What Trump is doing makes perfect sense to me.  He has surrounded himself with evangelical “judeo-christian” Americans who sincerely believe that Old Testament verses are as timely, relevant and authoritative today as they were when they were written.  Sola Scriptura requires that the social order honor the absolute right of every individual Christian to interpret and apply the Bible for themselves alone. Protestant pastors teach this duty, and each denomination develops unique and independent rules to tamp down the inevitable chaos.

Most teach that the Old Testament must be interpreted through the lens of the New Testament, which introduces Jesus into the interpretation and application of Old Testament ideas.  But … never forget … that the doctrine empowers every individual to interpret and apply any, and all, Bible verses themselves.

This highly individualized and sovereign characteristic, encouraged by the doctrine, creates men like current Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.  The Pope recently reminded the world that the gospel cannot be used to justify war, “Brothers and sisters, this is our God: Jesus, King of Peace, who rejects war, whom no one can use to justify war. He does not listen to the prayers of those who wage war, but rejects them.”

The American Evangelical Christians who are the most enthusiastic supporters of Trump’s war of choice against Iran are quoting the Old Testament out of context.  Hegseth quotes from it regularly.

I’m not a theologian.  Never have been.  I’m barely a philosopher having merely earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.  I do, however, have practical experience at 65 years of age.  And it is from those decades of experience that I respectfully offer my perspective.

Christians in the West desperately need the help of educated Priests with their spiritual lives as they work to sort out the world that is emerging from the ashes of the American empire.

Protestantism isn’t helping.  It will end up in the dust bin of history because it has always been nothing more than a heresy.

If you do a search on this blog on the surname “Hein” you’ll find a number of blog posts detailing dramatic controversy that started a little over a year ago involving the X account, @truthslingerX.

I was dragged into the fight by Hein’s demand that I choose between him and Tim Bodnar, the owner of that X account.  The fight continues in the new year with more legal wrangling.  A court hearing took place last week.  I attended as a witness for Bodnar.  I was there moreso to do my own assessment of what motivates Hein to such relentless personal hatred.

Hein worked for me at the Christian Civic League of Maine for the six years preceeding 2009.  There’s one characteristic that stands out above all others in Hein.  He is a proud conservative Lutheran.

The founder of that Protestant denomination was a German monk named Martin Luther.  He famously abandoned his religious vows to found a new church and wage a relentless hate filled life-long crusade against the Pope in Rome.  He claimed that his vow of chastity as a monk was immoral and abandoned it notwithstanding the fact that the New Testament he claimed to honor offers clear support for chastity.

While I’m not a fan of AI I think this summary does the matter justice:

Luther is the Father of Protestantism.  America is the most Protestant nation on earth.  There are now over forty thousand Protestant denominations.  Sexual immorality is now destroying (Epstein) any kind of Western moral and political unity.  The controversy over human sexuality is now embedded deep into the Roman Catholic Church, contributing immensely to the historic Christian Church’s decline in faithful and courageous adherents.  Choosing to be fake and gay isn’t really helping much of anything these days.

And Hein is fake and gay in his own unique religious way.  He probably “reasons” that he is loving his enemies like Bodnar, and the five witnesses that spent three hours sequestered in the hallway at the hearing, by resisting their public, political agendas over the years.  I realized the morning after the hearing that what bound all of us together as witnesses against Hein is the fact that he effectively attacked all of us over the years because he disagreed with our political aims on moral/religious grounds.

He interfered with an event I invested heavily in last year.  The attack felt personal because of his tactics.  They were effective.  Hein thinks of himself as a behind-the-scenes private actor who crusades on the internet using both his own personal identity and anon accounts.  He hides behind the claim that he is a journalist when cornered.

Hein’s deeply personal religion expresses itself in hatred of anyone who dares to not live up to his moral perfection.  The fact that America is literally incapable of assessing Hein’s religious supremacy, in favor of constantly evaluating his psychological fitness, leaves Maine handicapped.  We cannot stop him because we choose not to understand him.

Sun Tzu observed that if you don’t understand your enemy, and yourself, you will lose every battle.

Five days before a brand new Maine institution called the Christian Civic League of Maine (CCLM) pledged to encourage all the people of Maine in good citizenship Wilhelm Reich joined the human race in what is now Ukraine.  Reich was born on March 24, 1897.  Since that time the CCLM has worked to enact good laws, provide for their impartial enforcement, and elect honest and competent public officials.

The President of the Farmington State Normal School (Now the University of Maine at Farmington), Maine’s college for public school teachers, joined with the President of Bowdoin College to create the CCLM in 1897.  Forty three years later Reich discovered the latent atmospheric power of sexual orgasms while camped on the shore of a Maine lake near Rangely.  He was thirty miles from Farmington.  He was on the same rural dirt road — Bald Mountain Road — on which my grandfather created Wildwind Camps one year later in 1941.

Reich would return to Maine many times in the 1940s and 50s, going so far as to purchase a one hundred and thirty acre farm in 1942 that he used as a laboratory for his experiments.    He died in a Pennsylvania prison in 1957.

Wilhelm Reich matters.  He literally wrote the book on the sexual revolution … in 1930.  You think the crisis started in the U.S. in the 1960s.

The book has been republished multiple times since, including by Farrar, Straus and Giroux in 1962 and most recently by the Wilhelm Reich Museum Press in 2023.

Reich is a major, if not THE major, thinker inspiring the rise of sexual libertinism in Maine and the West.  After being thrown out of Europe he headquartered his work out of New York City and Western, Maine.

Maine’s current Governor, Janet Mills, is daughter to the lawyer who both legalized — and later criminalized — Reich’s work in the United States of America.  The Governor is locked in a pitched political battle of international import with Donald Trump over the latest expression of Reich’s ideology.

Her brother Paul, also a lawyer, is directly tied into an illegal Chinese marijuana grow operation that affects nearly three hundred properties in Maine.  Paul’s father, Peter, served as Wilhelm Reich’s personal lawyer during the 1940s.  He then pivoted to prosecuting the controversial Jewish European immigrant when he became the Federal US Attorney.  Reich died in prison in 1957.  Mills had six tons of Reich’s books destroyed.

Reich’s theories about sexual orgasms were aimed at undermining the authority of religion, especially the Roman Catholic Church.  He argued that only good can come from following one’s sexual impulses wherever they lead.  He hated all forms of authority and traditional marriage.

Under the leadership of Janet Mills Maine erased civil marriage in the first decade of the new millennium.  And she is a forceful advocate for Reich’s rubrics related to sexuality.

Reich invented a device that he believed was capable of absorbing and concentrating sexual orgasmic energy from the atmosphere in such a way that he could affect the weather.

Holocaustianity convinced tens of millions of Westerners to feel irrational sympathy for Jews.  Did you know that the first concentration camp created by Hitler, in the mid 1930s, was Dachau?  You know who was sent there in the greatest numbers?  Roman Catholic Priests.  Hitler’s Nazis knew that the Catholic Church posed the greatest threat to their plans for war.  So they were imprisoned there well into the 1940s.

The book that defined the German concentration camp experience in the 1950s was written by one of those Priests — “Christus in Dachau.”  The idea that Hitler built them for the purpose of murdering Jews didn’t emerge in a big way until later.  Don’t believe me?  It’s all documented in two recently published books that you can purchase here.

Before I had done my deep dive into this issue I visited the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C.  A hatred for Christianity pulsates in that place.  It deeply offended me.  But at that time I thought of myself as a JUDEOchristian.  It was confusing.  The confusion inspired my research since.

At the time I published criticism of the Museum because of their inclusion of a sodomy celebration event in the basement when we visited.  My published criticism earned me public condemnation by Portland’s Rabbi.  I was leading Maine’s Christian Civic League then.

Abortion and homosexuality are Jewish religious sacraments while Christianity condemns both.

Please forgive me for having this reaction to a “Good Guy” Influencer video.  I started watching this former FoxNews celebrity podcast awhile ago.  His content is better than … I would have said “most” a year ago … but now I say “some.”

This video offers a helpful illustration supporting my downgrade.  To reinforce the point I’m making you should watch the short Voidzilla video below about Tucker Carlson.  The Redacted video takes over ten minutes to make two obvious points.  One is that RFK Jr is going overboard into politics as the newly minted DHS Commissioner.  I agree that this is true.  It is hardly news.

Second, and more important, is RFK Jr’s recent X post claiming (without evidence) that Antisemitism is a major health threat in America.  Most of the Redacted video is handwringing over the Kennedy assertion about the jews.  The hosts were, of course careful never to use the two words together — “The” and “Jews.”  To do so is to commit the crime of antisemitism.

I was at this handwringing state about the jews a decade ago.  It led me to think deeply about the issue, and even *gasp,* take time to read some books.  I concluded rather quickly after looking into the whole “antisemitism” issue that something else is going on.  Actually there’s a lot going on.  All of it, however, can be tied together persuasively by the religious idea concerning a decision the jews made two millennia ago.  The jews decided to murder their Messiah.

NOT ALL JEWS.  But certainly the Pharisees and the Sadducees.  Jesus and Mary, after all, were themselves jews … as were the Apostles.  Jewish officialdom murdered Jesus Christ.  The Romans were complicit.

The Gospel writer, John, pointed out that Jesus Christ is reason itself.  That’s why he wrote that famous first sentence opening his narrative, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”  The English “Word” is the Greek word “Logos.”  John’s gospel was written in the common Greek language of the time known as koine.

The book I found most helpful in thinking through this matter was published by a PhD in American Literature two decades ago.  Dr. E. Michael Jones concluded that what America is really confronting is not antisemitism, but “The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit.”  The idea is so powerful that the jews forced the world’s most powerful book publisher, Amazon, to delete not just this book but the account that made over thirty of the books Dr. Jones published over the past forty years easily available.

Amazon was forced to take this draconian step because the combined weight of the arguments in the books would lead to a restoration of constitutional order in America.  That, at this point, is the LAST thing the West’s oligarchy can abide.  They’ve invested their life’s blood in creating the global technocracy that threatens not just one nation, a group of nations or a region.  No, the jews are at the threshold of global control using their many versions of soma.

Christianity elevated the idea of preaching to a new level of significance in religion.  To be more specific Paul the Apostle told Christians living in Corinth that the preaching of the Apostles, the Church, would draw heaven and earth closer together.

America isn’t allowed to have a Church.  The First Amendment to the Constitution empowered business and government at the expense of religion’s unity/authority.  This fracturing of Christianity means England, the birthplace of this revolutionary thinking about religion, now celebrates Ramadan instead of Lent.  If that can happen to a legally Christian nation that still holds on to a Monarchy where do you think America is headed?

We got a foretaste last night six miles from where I’m writing this blog post.  The elected leader of the town’s legal body responsible for raising children from age five to eighteen mounted her pulpit and declared the path forward.  She did this after employing the long arm of State law to silence a loud and hilarious social media influencer by abusing harassment statute.  This womanish “leader” is calculating that Maine people are so dumbed down now that they will see in her preaching the marks of seriousness and maturity appropriate to her authority.  Especially in comparison to a religious zealot on X.

And you know what.  Before the November election she might have gotten away with this play acting.  I don’t think she will be able to now.  If the Trump administration were smart they’d globalize the Gardiner Tranny Clinic debate.  But maybe we’ve reached a point where America’s constitutional system is going to start working and we don’t need centralized control to realize that children ought not be worshipped.  Maybe we’ve realized that children must be raised to goodness from the fallen state in which we are all born.

Tim and Jen over at Truthslinger central on X have exposed the arrogance, hatred and futility of Maine’s womanish political culture.  The masculine edge that is forcing it’s way on to the main stage of the globe is encouraging.  Cowards like Zelensky, Biden and Netanyahoo are being exposed.

Men don’t murder women and children.  Full stop.  Men protect the vulnerable, weak and innocent — especially when it is feminine (not feminist).  Men don’t brag about sexual conquests.  Men choose virtue every single time.  Men know that humanity is capable of dark horrors that would make satan himself blush.  Men make war based on law.  Emotion isn’t a thing for men in battle.

Tim is winning his battle with the school board in Gardiner because he is unafraid and masculine.  Sadly, I’m told by men in the know from the small historic town that these “women” will ultimately get their transgender clinic installed in the school.  Maine’s men are too busy eating themselves fat while scrolling porn on their phones to rise up to protect their women and children.

Tim refuses to count himself among these cowards.

The “married” man who just told a Maine politician to sit down and shut up because she published an image online of a minor is actually standing behind Kills in this image of two very young minors.  He is the “man” on the far right of the image.  And he’s “married” to the Kills Chief of Staff, a man.  He’s the “man” (the Kills Chief of Staff) who is making international headlines for getting into an expletive laced exchange with a Trump staffer in the White House last week.

How did Maine’s government deviate so far from practical reason and the moral law, you ask.  It bought the “progressive” lies about human sexuality.  That’s how.  And even most of the political and religious forces that are making this image go viral online can’t say that.  And it’s probably because even the most “conservative” opinionater wants to protect the porn scrolling he does on his “smart” phone.  Nobody wants to be exposed as a hypocrite.  Especially the powerful who have fine tuned making their base inclusive of Christian men and women who know that Jesus was right when he equated leering lustfully with full on adultery.

Maine needs to start a public discussion that will lead to a statewide ban on internet porn.  Full stop.

In the column linked above (click on the image to read the column) the author praises a married couple for their social work.  The husband is a doctor who matured into a deep Christian faith that became increasingly public.  He and his wife did much to promote family life and marriage.  I’ve met many similar couples over my years of work in politics.  And I am also, like the author, grateful for their witness.

Referring to the familiar passage about Sodom in Genesis 18 Francis X Maier, the column’s author, observes, “Betty and Les aren’t alone; they’re simply two good people among not merely fifty or thirty or ten other good men and women, but rather millions of ‘ordinary’ others who still, quietly but faithfully, provide the remaining leaven of virtue in everyday American life. That’s a source of hope. It needs to be fed with courage and zeal. Which means that we need to wake up and live our Christian faith as an urgent, salvific mission; a matter with eternal import.”

Amen and amen.  We Christians must live our Christian faith as an “urgent, salvific mission; a matter with eternal import.”

I get it.  You can’t talk seriously about religion in Maine unless you are a sodomite or Laurel Libby.  The powers-that-ought-not-be have decided that’s the way of politics in Maine.

So the Neoconservative champion “MaineWire” is all over the story about a Kill’s employee throwing an F bomb at the White House.  It happened at the same meeting where his boss, Jezebel Janet Kills, was getting a lesson in Realpolitik from the master himself, Donald Trump.  The offending F bomber is the Kills Chief of Staff.

And the headline should be the fact his name is Jeremy Kennedy.  Especially that he’s a proud sodomite who is “married” to the Democratic House Majority Leader, Matt Moonen (D-Portland).  Instead, homosexuality is totally neutral, maybe even a heroic moral attribute, for my friends at the MaineWire.

To make matters worse, the ridiculously petty Republicans are exercised about the F bomb.  So the Kills team simply denies he ever used the expletive.  Problem solved.

The real issue with the God-hating Left in Maine is their war against Christianity’s definitions of … well … everything that is good, true and beautiful.  The Gospel of Jesus Christ has literally NO institutional defenders.  There are only two possible defenders.  One is the Roman Catholic Bishop of Portland.  The other is the historic Christian Civic League of Maine.  Both are worse than a neutered dog.  They are guilty of becoming in recent decades master practitioners of the Stockholm Syndrome.

I don’t care that Kennedy got into a nasty verbal exchange with a White House official.  I don’t care that the Kills administration intimidates Republicans with their nasty words.  I DO care that Maine is all in with championing the jewish sacrament of abortion.  I do care that my tax dollars are used every single day to undermine parental authority and responsibility in our public schools.  I do care that the only subject that is absolutely verboten in the Maine State House is morality.  I do care that the spineless womanishness of the opposition party secures and increases the power of the satanists who hate all Maine children so much that they want to legally guarantee gender insanity starting at birth.

I care what is happening.  You’ll have to forgive me if I feel like I’m the only one who cares for the right reasons.
